Despite recent replacements, some of the wooden strips appear loose or dislodged. The sauna is the centrepiece of Joya onsen, since there is no steam room, hence its interior deserves to be upgraded. · Dimming the lights in the sauna, which are currently too bright. Guests do not require such level of lighting while relaxing. · Ensuring a sufficient supply of disposable cups for the water dispenser within the onsen, or preferably replacing it with a standing drinking water fountain for guests' convenience. This will save the need to supply the disposal cups Overall, well done and Thank You! Please continue these efforts.
