chiropractor vs tuina

Hi, I've been curious to know what's the difference between these 2 profession.

On a side note, I've always wanted to fix this pain at my shoulder/neck but I'm not sure to actually get a massage or a session with a chiropractor? I'm also not sure how to approach the chiropractor about what to fix. Does anyone have any recommendations?

For a start, I suggest u try out TCM at those charity clinics first. Reasons being lower charges compared to chiropractic, n physician can advise whats your problem.

to my knowledge: correct me if im wrong..
Chiro: tackles the problem through the spine and bone alignment
Tuina: Tackles the problem through push and pulling of muscles, but may also do some bone alignment

Massage: purely tackling through muscles

sounds about right to me. i guess i should do tuina because i think my issue is a muscle and not bone issue...

You can try http://www.zhonghuayiyuan.com/contact-us-ch/
they used to run a clinic at Changi General Hospital but now have moved away. There's a few locations.

I believe they are the accrediting body for TCM in Singapore...
