Was just wondering, if i jerk off daily (sometimes 2-3 times a day), does it affect my muscle growth ? I've heard of 2 different theory in which i'm not sure which is correct. The general idea of muscle growth is to boost your testosterone. I eat healthy regularly (also with multivitamins, protein shake, fish oil etc) to boost my testosterone and also exercise 4-5 times a week both cardio and weights. The question is which of the following theory is true:

 

1) Jerk off regularly which allows you to get your cum out in which will trigger the body to produce more (hence increase in testosterone growth in body ) or

2) Do not jerk off regularly so that your cum and testosterone stay in your body (hence increase in testosterone growth in body )

 

Any idea my muscle freak gym bros ?
