StacheDaddy Posted February 15, 2019 Report Share Posted February 15, 2019 If you are at home, take bath/shower, then dry out and relax. If got bathtub then do relaxing dip with salt. However if you in a gym just wipe the sweat and do breathing exercise. That should help regulate your breathing and relax your muscle. Definitely helps relax the muscles by unwinding the tension and stress. On another hand there also other methods... Have u tried Qigong? Everytime after my gym session, if i have the time, i will do a short 15 mins Qigong, just to recover and move the 'Chi' in the body. Do try it!
