How to relax the muscular

As a Sports Massage Therapist, of course i will say go for a massage. Definitely helps relax the muscles by unwinding the tension and stress.

On another hand there also other methods... Have u tried Qigong? Everytime after my gym session, if i have the time, i will do a short 15 mins Qigong, just to recover and move the 'Chi' in the body. Do try it!
