Why only few people can host?

I’m wondering why most guys here wanf to have fun but can’t host? If can host, what is the other alternative? Some want to have fun outside park and toilet but to me it is a disgusting place. Why like that a?

Work permit holders cannot host because landlord said no guests allowed.

Local boys cannot host because staying with parents.

So only old uncles staying alone can host but no one interested.

Before moving out of my parents home, I always thought I would like lotsa fun when I move out. Now that I have my own place, the irony is that there's so much to do at work and at home, I just wanna relax by myself and not invite people over as much as I had wished.

What is wrong with going together to a gay sauna?  These are places that facilitate gay sex.

If you are concerned about being seen or trolled by people there, go at hours when they are nearly empty.

True. In Singapore, rental is so expensive.

Even an hourly paid hotel need 30 bucks.

When you have your own place you tend to be more careful about who you invite over because, invariably, the other person will have your location and could 1. Stalk you, 2. Come over uninvited, 3. Decide not to leave, 4. Leave nasty notes on your property, 5. Actual person don’t match picture, etc. etc. The risk factor is too high. Best to meet in public first and then maybe invite over or go in opposite directions.

I think a lot of people can host, just a question of whether they want to anot. Not unless they are sharing a room with someone else, sometimes it’s just whether they want to risk taking somebody back home to their room.

Of course if it’s strangers then, all the more people will be risk averse.

so far i have invited 2 guys to my place in the middle of the night when the rest of my family members were sleeping...thanks God they are ok guys and have not misbehave...only condition was i told them not to grunt loud when fucking...haha

Some people would just question the necessity of meeting outside somewhere first lol. But they don’t question why they don’t want to host in the first place O.o

Two things you can do if you are risk adverse.  Locked up the bedroom, have fun in the living room or bathroom. Second, installed cctv for added security.

But that's a bit like inviting a guy to your hotel when overseas.

I always ask them to shower first if they want after the fun. I mean not to shower yourself and leave them alone in the room.

Never leave strangers alone ....

 

Those very pushy or asking you to take a shower while you just had before they arrive or looking for any other reason to get you do something (asking drink) will cause my suspicion.

 

In most cases I even put my wallet away...

I have also invited guys to my home too. I have personal room although the house belong to my family. I also have let guys stay overnight at my house too. Its very enjoyable to cuddle up with those slim or lean fit body that i like. My rules is fun without sex and i always told them clearly what i want and expected before i bring them to my home.

Yes... precisely what happened. After I organised one group session at my place. 4 guys always messaged me everyday asking if got any session everyday. 

I cannot blame them... my place is solely mine as i stay alone and I normally offer a drink buffet(whisky, cocktail, mocktail etc..) cum snack session before the start. I also personally provide all the necessary lube and condoms and even have wall projection of porn on the wall facing my bed. 

 

But the headache coming from the mess i need to clean after the whole thing.
