Just wondering, not really HIV positive, if ever your result on AHT is positive, will the clinic report it to any government health agency?

do you u know what the word mandatory means,

all health professionals who have detected a HIV positive patient through a duly signed and consented HIV blood test via AHT OR A self voluntary subject test is required by law and mandatory to report to MOH and your record is kept and its confidential and protected by laws to keep it confidential.

but as you can see in the latest HIV patient info leak,

confidentiality means very diiferent thing in this new and crazy internet age.

confidentiality can be breached by rogue elements in the system.

Anonymous means that: anonymous.  Provided you do your test at an approved Anonymous HIV Testing centre.  They will report the positive result, but because the centre does not take your details, there are no details to report besides the detection of a HIV positive person.

If you go to any of the approved AHT centre and go through their routines, you will find they do not take any personally identifiable details down.  In fact - you are supposed to pay cash because you shouldn't be pulling out a creditcard or a bankcard to make payment.  You will be just a number in the system.

If you do your test at any family clinic, they will have your i/c number etc... and they will report all those details as well.
