Most of the sketches were from real life drawing session (which I also more enjoy doing). Each pose only take 15 minutes to sketch. Having said that, I also take assignments from photos. The poses you deemed “difficult” are probably based on photo. The yoga pose was actually done during real life session last year with a popular nude yoga teacher who conduct nude yoga in Singapore (I believe most of us know him, and I know he wouldn’t mind me saying this). But because he wanted yoga poses (which impossible to hold too long), we resorted of taking photos and I sketched from there . My models are free to choose their own poses. Having said that, I can also suggest a pose that I think would suit them, or direct if necessary, to get a nicer angle. Some want to be drawn with hard-on. What bkkuser meant was, you don’t need to get hard for the whole 15 minutes.
