iwannac Posted March 31, 2019 Report Share Posted March 31, 2019 I think it just depends on the kind of person you are. I know quite a lot of people who like body combat. Tried it out and I found out I have no hands eye coordination even if that's what it takes to save my life - much less dancing. So now I just stick to body pump and yoga. I know of some people who like the dance classes. I believe it also depends on who's instructing. Maybe you should just give them all a try if you're curious?
