Usually, you can have a towel around your waist to protect your privacy. But if possible, go completely nude and let your exposed skin sweat freely Benefits of a Nude Sauna: 1) Going Nude is more Hygienic. 2) You don’t Sweat Through your Clothes. 3) Transitions from Hot to Cold are Easier. Also: some clothing can bleed in the steamy heat. Going nude means no worries about that!
