Guest daily
After work, I just open my computer. posting in the forum. watching youtube, drama and movies. I have little online business. but sometimes I dun spend alot of time on it. cause sometimes stuck. no idea. sometimes just dun feel doing it. other than that I feel I'm not doing anything productive to improve my life. I feel so unworthy. I know its not good to compare with other people. but sometimes seeing other people so determine and successful to improve their life, deep down inside I feel envy to be honest. but I'm slacking my days away. Is it alright to be slacking? Do I really need to follow or chase other people footsteps? Can I happily just idle my days away just like in the twisted story between the hardworking ants and the playful grasshopper? Have you heard about the twisted version of that story? The ants work so hard but look so old and tired. but the grasshopper still able to find his way into life, still young and happy.
lohwpr
I was doing what u do daily. Watching YouTube, Netflix and all that. When my weight hit 101kg, it was a shocking truth to me. I started exercising 5 days per week and practicing intermittent fasting daily. I lost 10kg in the process within 2.5 months. My pants dropped 1 size and my jacket drop 2 sizes. My esteem is so much better. Now focusing on building muscles. I train 5 days per week. Focusing on my dody and work. I started cooking as well and have been learning different Chinese cuisine . For now, my life is enriched for now. I hope to keep this up as long as possible. How old are you now? I think I found the word in your post. Self-esteem. I think I'm questioning about my self-worthiness.

You must be 55 years old now and you already learned about exercising and doing intermittent fasting. I am 80 years old, I do all this and I am still learning new things. Imagine what you can learn and improve in your next 25 years... Become an EXPERT in health. Learn the optimum exercises for your particular body, including stretching, equilibrium, stress reduction, meditation, good sleep. Become an EXPERT in nutrition. You started cooking, and you know the impact good nutrition has in our health. With fasting you are already achieving healthy metabolism, high insulin sensitivity, good care of the liver. Accustom your taste to like the good food. Very little sugar, less carbs and more protein, very little processed foods, no alcohol, etc. At 55 y.o. I was in the middle of my highest enjoyment of the gay scene, roaming through Asian cities. I started my gay life at about 50. Never too late! But then, an Ang Moh can get lucky in the East as long as he is not too ugly!
