I guess you mean it’s standard function of having them and transferring them as a cryptocurrency..? If that’s the case then yeah, it works as intended. Though unlike cash each transfer of bitcoin does require payment of a fee (partially to miners and partially to a vendor from whom you bought your Bitcoin). And the fees are variable.
