Only 40 minutes time to stroke...  Not get enough exercise loh hahahahahahaha ~currently prefer OCBC aquatic center because can swim longer.

I'm stating my observation. But he got the definition only need to gain muscles at the right places. Then will look nice and proportionate. 

 

Good exercises you can only do body weight resistance training, which is calisthenics loh. Tabata (YouTube many many ) is good. But you wanna do in explosive manner. Since this SHRO COVID19 virus happen, gym is no go. I also did Tabata at Parks.
