I'm a product of rojak mixed race. Both parents have mixed parentage themselves. I've always been mistaken to be Pinoy, Thai, Nepalese, Taiwanese, indian etc.. The classic was when I went to a certain south American country and was mistaken to be local. So to cut long story short, there are many Malays who look Chinese or Indian.
