Haha try not to eat much loh ~ if want to eat much must ensure I exercise much. But its not that effective because once we must not over train . Same goes to everything in life. Need to rest to recuperate. That part also my weak point haha

I always hungry leh .. haizzz.. see so many fit n cute guys on mrt .. somwtimes really wonder do they maintain or just natural and actially everyone fighting a hard war.

I already no eat rice.. no sweet drinks.. body shape still endo.. wad to do .. dont surrender only make myself suffer more, i even swim everday n eat only salmom fish m veggies.. nowhere near to leanfit, maybe must go surgery plus lipo
