Don't get fatties, why so lazy?

Yes we know you love to eat all the junk fried food but you should also move your fat butt to the gym! Didn't NS train you to be fit and active? Grindr is flooded with so many fatties my fingers are already trained to block them but they are like cockroaches, keep coming back despite being blocked!

Times are bad.  You don't know when there will be shortage supply of food.  You need to plan ahead and store your essential "somewhere" , to be used by your body when needed.

At the beginning of the pandemic there were worries about the food supply.  In America these worries have not materialized.  There is plenty of food to buy (if you have money).

 

Fatties should reject any guilt trip.  Instead, they should embrace optimism,  and don't give up on the objective to recover a normal body size.  

To exercise is a good idea, but it is not the major contributor to weight loss.  If not feeling ready for it,  concentrate instead on the food.

 

TRUST that food is habit forming.  Like we very rapidly develop a likeness for the food that tastes good, feel good,  we also can change slowly to foods that are known to be healthy and with persistence we will like them.  Little by little exchange fried foods for cooked and steamed foods.  Exchange simple carbohydrates for complex carbohydrates.  Exchange delicious steaks marbled with fat with lean cuts, chicken breasts, and if able to afford it, plenty of fish.

 

Remain confident that your tastes will change.  This is natural.  There will come a point when you will cultivate the taste of some food... because it is HEALTHY!  And you will reject the food that made you fat.  At this point,  you will have arrived at SALVATION.  Less effort will remain beyond this:  stick to the newly embraced healthy foods, and LET TIME PASS.   With steady (slow or fast) drop in weight, you will feel more energetic.  If so, maybe it will come a time to slowly start at a gym, ignoring the odious slim hunks, and surely your body will progress to become one of them  (minus the odious).
