I will wear compression tight full length bare body no undies with my thick silicone donut. At time i wear white color when it get transparent when is wet by my own sweat. It will makes head turn from the joggers but i just continue running. But when i start to cool off walk from end of fort rd to my carpark but at time end up behind the bushes.
