The bedroom is furnished with a new built-in wardrobe, new blinds, a queen size bed and mattress, comes with air conditioning. The rental $1100 is inclusive of all utilities and WiFi. Anytime Fitness gym 2-3min walk. Also the new TEL line MRT station just opened on my street. I live by myself, work long hours.
