Location: as central as possible and ideally next to mrt station (i.e. no more than 10-minute walk). As a guide (using mrt route for ease of understanding), these locations would be considered: EW line: between Jurong East and Bedok NS line: between Marina Bay and Yishun NE line: no farther than Sengkang Downtown line: between Bedok north and Botanic Gardens Circle line: any stations Built year: ideally 2011 onwards Floor: ideally high floor but open to middle floor Budget: $400k (negotiable depending on the respective conditions of the flat) PM if you have a suitable flat to sell or any deals that fit the bill!
