mith
it's known, hiv retrovirus has long latent and deep hidden reservior period, it just hides and do nothing so antibody do not detect it. when it decides to become active and start its attack, it has already mutated, so the initial vaccinated developed antibody cant fight it. hiv virus has very fast and high mutation rated. no vaccine can be develop fast enough.
