My routine don’t really have any options to meal prep myself so I am relying on mostly takeouts and deliveries. Anyone have a good suggestion on things that I can eat outside that is affordable and help to achieve my goal? Calories in < Calories out = fat loss Abs will show after losing fats around tummy, provided you work on the muscles. Try intermittent fasting.
