men’s side looks very small as compared to the women side

Better. Men will be concentrated in the small area, easier to fish

The management should consider having one specially catered for the Gay community.  It make business sense, otherwise the sauna could copy similar concept, but the pricing has to be fair across the board.

Too far for me.  I won't go.  If I want to go, I go swimming pool better.   But, that does not mean I am not curious, so please provide field report once it is opened.

that is really great news, considering that I would not stand out negatively if I have some cream on the tip of my kuku.

I love also that free milk collection service from the counter after midnight.

Hm, this reply sounds very local.

For cruising local guys can travel from Punggol Point to MacRitchie or Bedok Reservoir if not Changi or from Woodlands to Harbourfront Mall, but going to a spa in the West near Boon Lay in an air conditioned MRT they would be drained and mood off???

Most Japanese F&B, started from the West side of Singapore. Reason being, some of them have central kitchen or HQ set up in  Boon Lay or Tuas vicinity.  Another reason, its location means only one thing - gay market is not their main target.
