Nov 2019 to March 2020. 2) why i didn't want to get a B.T.O.? coz HDB gave me the options of SENGKANG or BUKIT MERAH 2nd floor. 3) did i take a HDB Loan? yes, less than $100,000 means every month i pay HDB $300ish. 4) how was my Property Agent? good or bad? not fantastic but she kept on finding HDBs for me to view. for example, when i started i viewing CLEMENTI. next month, GHIM MOH. next month, DOVER. next month, QUEENSTOWN. next month, REDHILL. 5) why i bought resale? due to medical reasons i need to stay near my sister & around her place is only HDB. 6) throughout the process of me being "A BUYER"... how was HDB treating me? very very very good, ev'time i had a question... they would answer clearly & concisely. 7) how long did my renovation take? from 23-12-2020 to 3-3-2021. 😎 why was my contractor good? Rick( i don't know his company name), has previous experience renovating 4-room-flats, so he did a great job with my Toilets, he made it look like "a hotel one"... & i think normal Contractors can't do that. 😎 after gtg the keys to my flat, what was the things I HATED DOING? 1) have to duplicate keys... many times. 2) keep on cleaning. 3) gtg Starhub TV & M1 internet to come install. 4) moving house. my prev place has 4 rooms, now my 4-room has 2 rooms... how to pack stuff from 4rooms> into 2rooms? 5) change postal address. 6) going to the bank to change my postal address. 7) choosing which home-insurance (for contents) to buy. my kitchen used to be open-concept... now it is closed concept... how to arrange my stuff? 9) physically going to the Town Council to register for a new account. 10) so many credit cards, calling them to change my address. its a long list & i could go on & on & on... but if u have a question PLS don't P.M. me, leave ur questions in this thread.
