Must be clean/quiet/presentable. Long term preferred and legally employed. Common bathroom shared with 1 other person. there are 4 other people in the apartment (3guys, 1 girl) including owner (me) Provided with aircon (night usage is fine, daytime usage pls be sparing) , Wifi, wardrobe, stand fan, single queen bed and utility bill Light cooking allowed.
