What's your. exercise/workout routine like currently?

I mostly do a upper/ lower body split, and mostly able to do at least twice a week. If I can make it for the third day exercise I'll do full body.

This can "easily" be done for now since I'm currently on a lookout. But I don't know if I can be that disciplined in the future 😅

Twice a day? Wow! Third session? Gee! How many times a week do you do that?

You are training like a seasoned bodybuilder who spend almost the entire day in the gym everyday!

For most of us who are casual lifters, it's probably diminishing returns though. And like you wondered, how sustainable is it?

how long is the workout for twice a week? seems like many body parts to hit at one go

Usually about 1 hour, if I'm working out full body is about 1hr15mins.

I do time my rest for 90 seconds in between reps

Efficient! I tried before and it took 1.5hours plus plus for full body

Haha, I did skip some of the workout tho! Like shoulders, will put it to the next workout session if I missed.

Will you be my valentine's? :D

I see. But won't that mean the next workout will take even longer if you keep rolling over?

I'll alternate the workout sets (e.g if I'm not doing shoulders this round I'll do for the next and swap with another workout).

Will you be my valentine's? :D
