I watched Youtube and then bought it online to try out. After trying it out, pea size quantity over my whole face, it felt like a million mosquito landed and sucking blood. I scratched, until my face turned red and dunk my head inside cold water and it was painful. Few days later, my skin peels all over and I have to use concealer to cover it. Of course, I look smooth when the peeling subsided many many days later. I am scared to try it again. Quote

For scars, you can buy the mini hifu device & do the treatment at home. Device plus gel cost around $70 & it can last you for at least a year or so. Of course, one maybe fearful that such devices are made in China. But nowadays, most of the devices used by beauty & hair salons are from China & they can charge the customers few hundred dollars per session. Quote

Ari Posted December 8, 2022 Posted December 8, 2022 Anyone knows any good products for backne and especially backne pigmented marks/scars. And on my butt too! HAHA T_T I scrub my back pretty regularly but the scars are pretty stubborn? But they are slowly fading but it's taking forever. Also I've used Paula's Choice AHA/BHA body lotion kinda pricey, worked a little I think? Currently I'm using Somebymi's body wash and AHA/BHA/PHA lotion, hoping it'll do something but idk. Now I'm thinking I should try Medicube? Any suggestions/recommendations? Quote
Guest quadha Posted January 18, 2023 Posted January 18, 2023 If you are having acne problems on your face, you should try skincare products with hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid for face also helps to reduce acne marks and give you flawless skin in few weeks without any side effects. It even restores natural hydration levels in face skin that is already dry and even helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Quote

Unfortunately this isn’t true and just creates false hopes and disappointment, so why not avoid spreading nonsense? hyaluronic acid is a basic hydrator, that’s it. It’s not a magic cure. Quote

Guest Let nature take its course Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 There is no purpose for any topical skin scare in the world. Save your money. Wearing sunscreen consistently is the best and only option on our sunny island. The purpose of sunscreen is to shield your skin from UV ray damage so that it may subsequently heal naturally through a healthy diet and cell-building processes. This is as opposed to applying various creams and liquids to your face in the hopes that they will perform miracles. A proper skin care solution can only be obtained with a doctor's prescription, and even then, it is only a temporary fix. My skin look natural without any "skin care" products. Quote

Guest Skincare Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 I am slightly above 50. I am used to receiving praises for my skin from ladies, both young and old about my complexion. Lately I saw some sun spots on my skin. So I quickly bought some skincare products. This is what I bought from shopee: Galactomyces 95 tone balancing essence Neogen real ferment micro toner Neutrogena retinol dark spot corrector BEAUTY OF JOSEON Matte Sun Stick My skin responds well to any type of treatment. I see the spots fading. I think it starts with applying sunscreen on my face. Anyone had any success with any skincare treatment to share with? Quote

Any easy to stick routine and skincare product recommendation for someone that still faces acne as an adult? I find that I can never stick to using moisturiser as it leaves a sticky feeling on the face which I don't like. What are the damage to the skin in the long run if I don't moisturise? Wallet friendly products are welcomed. Thank you in advance for recommendations! how bad is the acne? If it is cystic or scarring, go see a dermatologist because no store bought or beautician bought routine in the world will handle this. Quote
briefsnottrunks Posted July 20, 2023 Posted July 20, 2023 The most basic form of skincare is to avoid touching your face with dirty hands. Way too many guys are guilty of this! Quote

For most of my adult life I have been using daily a sun screen with SFP of 50 and moisturizer, plus two other products with glycolic acid and other stuff. I don't have a baby skin, but a very good one free of spots for a senior like me. Quote

Do that first and then look at adding in actives to target specific things as needed. Don’t start a load of new products all at once. Take it easy with introducing exfoliating acids etc. Quote
Moon Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 I apply tumeric paste on whole body. It is for whitening and evening your skin color. Fades blemishes. I could see fast results. Only problem with tumeric is the cleaning up. If it is not cleaned up thoroughly, it will stain your clothes or underwear. Quote
Moon Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 But wont be yellowish skin and smell? Wash thoroughly. No smell. Quote
