Guest Poofl
Heard about this service called assisted stretching where basically people stretch for you. Anyone tried and can recommend any therapist? In need of proper stretching for the muscles thanks

Chris Low
better you look up https://stretchtherapy.net/ getting others to "stretch for you" is passive stretching and generally doesn't work for adults. you need to have a certain mindfulness and a "use it or lose it" attitude. take up a sport that requires you to have that range then you will build towards it. JL7
i agree with @Chris Low. Active stretches would be better. But the passive stretches like at Dr Stretch or a Thai style massage do feel good. If you are looking for something relaxing, then it's not for you and you would do better with a massage. I tried Dr Stretch and although it felt like a workout during the stretch, I left feeling more relaxed.
