Gaining Weight

I’m 59kg atm. It fluctuates due to my inconsistent meal times. I was wondering if there are other methods of gaining “healthy” weight (ie, not bulking through high carbs, fat, and etc.) other than consistent meal time?

 

Also, I mainly just wanna increase the mass of my upper body. That’s the only thing I’m bothered by atm 😆
