Whenever u eat, eat with vege n fruits...drink enuf water...start from climb up stairs or 2km walk after 1-3mths jog 2.4km...take your time...only you know your limits....make sure you do proper stretching and proper shoes flat feet vs natural feets...go for free shoes analysis runninglab...wear proper singlet shorts...more vent...don't wear t-shirt...dry fit ok. Wearing singlet and shorts and not shirt help with fitness? Only do walk for 1-3 months? For 3 months every workout is walking? Why start eating less?
