I were you...start from eating less fast food. Whenever u eat, eat with vege n fruits...drink enuf water...start from climb up stairs or 2km walk after 1-3mths jog 2.4km...take your time...only you know your limits....make sure you do proper stretching and proper shoes flat feet vs natural feets...go for free shoes analysis runninglab...wear proper singlet shorts...more vent...don't wear t-shirt...dry fit ok. 

 

No gas drink...no beer...

 

Lastly, positive thinking do your best. And do it 2-3 times a week.

why singlet and no t-shirt? Proper singlet like army singlet?

One of the dumbest and most cancerous advice I’ve heard lol. Wearing singlet and shorts and not shirt help with fitness? Only do walk for 1-3 months? For 3 months every workout is walking? Why start eating less? What if he’s a skinny one tryna bulk up? 
 

if your body looks like shit (which it is) it’s fine but don’t sabo other people ty
