Budget around $400-600. I would like to have a room. Location does not matter. I like to cook so I hope I am able to do light cooking. Aircon preferred. Will have business trips so I wouldn't be at home that often. I will be a very likable tenant with my way of living haha. Chill, clean, easy going, minimalist, quiet...
