Perhaps. But with advancing longevity a fourth category should be defined: Young: 0 t0 39. Still young: 40 to 59 Middle aged: 60 to 79 Old: 80 and above. I am convinced that 80 does not need to be "old". But it can be called so for tradition and to associate some benefits with it: Respect, Consideration, Government benefits. hotwinter
I am trying to lose a bit of body weight. But ends up losing more muscles than fat. I do pilates, walks and simple stretch exercises and have cut down on carbo meals. What else is missing?

Pilates is good for the core muscles, but it is not a a builder of the largest muscles in the body, like the leg muscles. Try instead heavy squats, leg press, lunges for the legs, bench presses for the pectorals and many other exercises for the smaller muscles of the upper body. Do you recommend bench press?

Do you recommend bench press? Yes, bench press is a good exercise for the chest, both with the flat bench and the inclined bench. Why don't you want muscular legs? Legs are one of the best places for muscles to be. Muscular legs are attractive and aesthetically pleasing. If you have fat legs, let leg exercises replace the fat with muscles. Why?
Am I the only one who thinks that the muscular dude is the most repulsive, lifeless specimen of chisseled shit? I want someone who still has that adorable tiny belly that screams cute, but whose muscular is more subtle and I want a meaty, slightly buffed body that I can squeeze and cuddle.
