And he revealed, in that gentle, urbane, polished and sincere tone that was so incongruent with his surly and agressive demeanour earlier on, that he lived around the area — and had only just ORD’d two weeks ago and was 21. And that he never thought he would end up having such a deeply felt and immersive encounter with anyone that night. We spoke a bit more and then parted ways. He told me his name then, I’ve already forgotten it now.
