Hello, see if this helps: 1) top right corner menu —> select “online chat” 2) top left corner menu —> select “settings” 3) disable “hide online chat tab” NB: interface might be different Quote Be cool, like a breeze... Not really sure.. Click on your envelope icon at the top right hand corner When you are in your inbox, if you look at the bottom of the left hand column (message thread), do you see a "enable my messenger"?
