Ur best cooked dish

Recommended Posts

My fave version of guacamole: avocado with hard-boiled egg, mashed together with lime juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.

Or just pan-fried salmon fillet with garlic/ginger powder and salt.

Or steamed purple sweet potato, mashed with olive oil (and sugar if needed).

Or celtuce salad, with plum vinegar, olive oil and salt.

All the above are my comfort food. Sometimes, I do all the above for a complete meal:)

Adobo chicken, bamboo shoot fry with chilli padi and garlic, patty minched fried pork with fish sos and soups. Thats all i know how to cook. Cereal prawn? Sunny egg?

I am learning to cut potatoes and luncheon meat into dices to add with tomato sos.

Guest Let them eat cakes!

Luv making stracotto (Italian pot roast) with porcini for special occasions like Christmas. It's easy and just let the oven do most of the cooking

You can try to boil a pot of water, add in Maggi tom yam powder stock.

When the stock is about to boil, you add in a crushed lemon grass, a few pieces of tomato, a few slices pf red chilli; ur seafood .. Bam! Tom Yam soup!

I rarely cook but My ultimate culinary masterpiece to impress is Drunken chicken with more than 20% alcohol v/v (fr rice wine) and fresh Chinese herbs, combining the aromatic notes of Chinese herbs with the bold kick of alcohol , resulting in a truly unforgettable culinary experience. While cooking part is simple, the preparation is time consuming as I get the ingredients from different places. It is a dish that I take great pride in mastering, and one that is always met with rave reviews from friends (who have asked me to cook at their parties)
