Earn a little passive income?

Recommended Posts

Hey! I'm seeking to raise funds to grow my accountancy firm (Incorporated in Singapore) so I'll put down the details below. Please note that this is a private raising of cash injection - it is not backed by anyone/scheme but by my own company.

My accountancy firm has been profitable even during covid & our revenues has been growing reasonably. We're looking to expand our business even faster locally & in ASEAN markets. Much of the initial costs of overseas expansion will be paid for by the government HOWEVER, we will need to pay out of pocket FIRST before the government reimburse us later on. Part of the capital raised will also be used to do marketing as we have so far only relied on worth of mouth.

We're looking to raise S$200,000. We're looking at a minimum investment of S$10,000 per investor. The investor will receive 10% annual interests. There will be no repayment in the 1st year although interests will accrue. The S$10,000 & accrued interests will then be paid back every quarter in the 2nd & 3rd year. At the end of the 3rd year, you will receive full repayment of the principal sum and all interests due to you.

A bit about the firm:
- We're incorporated in Singapore

- There are two partners, one happily married, the other is me.
- We're an accredited training organisation for Chartered Accountant (CA) Singapore.

- We're corporate members of ISCA (professional body for accountants)

If you are interested, please drop me a text & we can chat more!

Any properly incorporated companies can seek to raise funds privately. Posting general mechanics to raise awareness or interest is fine but no deal will be done online. I.e. there wont be a case where the investment is done completely via this forum. Any interested party will have to respond & arrange to meet privately to discuss the details and pass the KYC before there is a formal offer/acceptance.
