While it is a little bit difficult for me, it's still doable and the instructor is friendly, patient and professional. What I like most is the studio's window view with plants in the foreground. I went for the afternoon class so it looks really relaxing to me. The issue isn't always about their unattractiveness (UFO aka ugly/fat/old), but they are indiscreet, annoying and very desperate. Always keep it a secret.

Always have stiffness & inflexibility due to my working posture, all this inflexibility had improve after this six months of yoga class with @Btyred91 I’ve learned to understand & aware of my body posture to prevent aching. I’ve tried other Yoga classes in Gym but give up coz the classes are always fill with lots of people & I couldn’t catch up. Whereas in this Beginner Yoga class, the instructor kept each class not more 8 people so he can focus on every individual student. And Yes! He’s super patient & professional!
