There's Turing, for a start...

"Thousands of people have come together to demand justice for Alan Turing and recognition of the appalling way he was treated. While Turing was dealt with under the law of the time and we can't put the clock back, his treatment was of course utterly unfair and I am pleased to have the chance to say how deeply sorry I and we all are for what happened to him ... So on behalf of the British government, and all those who live freely thanks to Alan's work I am very proud to say: we're sorry, you deserved so much better." Gordon Brown

There have been many great contributions to society by gays,

bot it is difficult to know which one was the greatest,

because many great men didn't reveal that they were gay.

Nobody wanted to be as revealing as you were in this forum, much less in front of the public. 🤣

The title sound so awkward. But in terms of famous gay people and their contributions, I would say one of them is Alan Turing

His contributions include:

Quote

He is widely considered to be the father of theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence.

as well as

Quote

For a time he led Hut 8, the section that was responsible for German naval cryptanalysis. Here, he devised a number of techniques for speeding the breaking of German ciphers, including improvements to the pre-war Polish bomba method, an electromechanical machine that could find settings for the Enigma machine. Turing played a crucial role in cracking intercepted coded messages that enabled the Allies to defeat the Axis powers in many crucial engagements, including the Battle of the Atlantic.

There's even a movie made not too long ago

Isn't "reduce incarnations" a reduction of possibilities for passing to the multiple lives to reach Nirvana?

Not really. Saha is not the only place to reach nirvana.

One may choose to practise in pureland.

Do they accept tourism to pureland?   I would be very curious to visit it.
