I agree.  Erectile dysfunction should come at a much more advanced age in a fit and healthy individual.   But if this is the case, maybe a vacuum penis pump can be a simple solution,  and if the need is extreme,  a penile implant may solve the issue forever!

I'm got referred by a GP to see urologist in a few months time. Is that the usual cure? To prescribe Cialis that is so expensive? How many pills in a box? Is this a long term solution? 

 

If it's a short term solution, I might as well take Prep since it's going to be more simulating. Just an idea. 

 

I can get hard when getting oral but it softens the moment I'm about to fuck. There was only one exception. The btm is totally my type and sucks really well. Still trying to figure out the cause.
