Thx 4 asking =0) I feel cheated=( coz GENESIS GYM(Alexis): BELOW IS FACTUAL & HAPPENED TO ME@MY PAID CONTRACT OF $2500 1) F.Y.I. the owner(Wong) is in same church as me. 2) p/Trainer try to push me, but i can't reach his MINIMUM standard so instead of 3 months> took me longer to reach his std. 3) Trainer push me to finish the program Below 12mths, but i wtd to take longer but cannot/my body has 1 kidney so hard to do phy. that's all. TBH, its worth the $2500, but didn't work coz it was rushed 4 me. Quote Local Chinese, living in Central. Busker, normally singing outside 313 Somerset. Live with Parents.

Popular Post Thatguy642 Posted May 25, 2024 Popular Post Posted May 25, 2024 Honestly a PT can be super beneficial, but now that you don’t have a PT, what are you doing to stay fit and strong? A bit part of working out is having the discipline to do so yourself, and we can’t always rely on others to do that for us! I would probably be a lot bigger and stronger if I had money to get a PT but I just tried my best on my own and though I’m still far from where I want to be, I did make a bit of progress so just wanted to say that progress is definitely possible without one. The internet now is a goldmine of information, you just have to learn to eat right (not doing that so well personally), sleep more (same on that haha) and work out consistently while trying to up your game in little ways week on week and you’ll definitely see some progress! That’s a lot of money to be blowing on PTs, but I hope you know that you yourself have the power to get things done on your own! AgentFit, 1983rophi, sebastian1 and 3 others 5 1 Quote
radiusulnar Posted September 20, 2025 Posted September 20, 2025 Out of curiosity, how much would an online PT charge? Basically just tell you what exercises to do and adjust based on your feedback and progress. But don't watch you train in real life. Quote

Can check out their website and reach out to them if interested. One should not be a beginner to engage this service. They will design a program for you, you will need to video yourself during training and they will review, analyse and provide feedback on your forms. Quote
