When used as a recreational substance it comes in lots of flavours, butyl nitrite, isobutyl nitrite etc. Do a google search, you get lots of info.2. No - just make sure you don't use it with Viagra. Poppers cause blood vessels to dilate. Viagra does the same. Put two together and .... a stroke? Any doctors agree / disagree?3. No - I could once find several schedules of controlled / prohibited / restricted substances in Singapore Statutes Online website, but can't seem to find it anymore. I do remember that heroin, cocaine that kind of stuff was listed, but no nitrites. So to a layman it appears that nitrites are legal. But............... They are:1) Misuse of Drugs Act, Chapter 185, or2) Intoxicating Substances Act, Chapter 146AHowever, poppers are classified under none of these 2 Acts.Intoxicating Substances Act deals mainly with "Toluene" which is not found in Poppers.Misuse of Drugs Act deals with a lot more substances listed in the First Schedule.The compund that is contained in Poppers is ALKYL NITRITES, however it is not a Controlled Substance listed in the Schedule.[DISCLAIMER: Just because I said that Possession of Poppers is not an offence, it DOES NOT mean that I am promoting the use of poppers. It has a silver label with the outline of a butterfly. It has a long lasting subtle effect and is good for bottoms (my opinion). I have to caution all poppers user. Sometimes the unopened poppers turned bad even before unwrap. If you open it for the first time and it smell like worn socks, most probably you had bought an expired poppers. Sad to say, you can't tell when you just buy it. Unless you opened it up to do a first sniffing test on the spot which is not possible. New yet expired poppers does happen. So depend on your luck when you buy. Just in case you guys are wandering. There are no expiry date printed on the bottle. Whether you buy it online or at the sauna, there is no gurantee that you are getting a fresh new bottle of poppers.Buying guide - Always buy the smallest bottle for poppers.
