Sxtot Posted October 3, 2025 Posted October 3, 2025 Anyone has shy bladder before? How did you overcome it? Quote
Nivek Posted October 3, 2025 Posted October 3, 2025 (edited) Do you mean pee-shy and you can't pee at the urinals when other people are there? I have mostly overcome it. 1. Make yourself use the urinals all the time. Don't give yourself any option. 2. Distract yourself when you are going to the restroom. Think of things that distract you even before and when using the urinal. Do mental maths! I used this number series: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, and it gets harder and harder!! 3. Don't think of peeking at other men or other naughty things! (You can do this later once you have overcome your shyness). The urinal is to urinate only. 4. You can try clench the muscle (the muscle you use when you need to prevent yourself from peeing) verry tightly and hold for a few seconds, then release it. Can repeat it a few times if the mental maths didn't work. 5. Don't worry about strangers judging you. You can stand at the urinal for 5 minutes its your business. (But if friends are around, its a different story). 6. It takes time to desensitize yourself. Don't worry. Edited October 3, 2025 by Nivek Sxtot 1 Quote

Nivek Posted October 3, 2025 Posted October 3, 2025 That's a very good way to train. Pee together with a guy you trust. Quote
Steve5380 Posted October 3, 2025 Posted October 3, 2025 Maybe with meditation we can adapt our mind to not care at all when entering a men's restroom, but simply do the business of peeing and pooping. 100% of humans do this, so it should not be any special reason for shyness. More important is to avoid a lazy bladder that makes one get up several times at night to pee. But this can also be dealt with. Quote
