Small work out group (undie only or..)

For those who have lost motivation to work out, let's do it by force!

Weekly workout. Discuss the theme at telegram. Once a week) twice a week depends on your availability.

Concentrate one 1 or 2 areas during each session only.

Eg, The session could be

Complete 150 push up; or

Complete 150 sit ups.

Etc.

Holding at my private place $12/session ard yck area.

Will provide drinks etc.

Oops, did I forget to mention dress code?

Best in underwear so we can admire the muscles or pre-muscles. And also, add on to a spin the wheel dare. Haha

 

By the way I am 175 74kg. Hope to burn away my tummy, and gain more arm strength.
