Looking for shorts for gym / running, which is double layer (2 in 1) with tight and compression in the inner layer (with pockets and not those inner lining loose type). The decathlon ones are definitely better than that and the zip pocket is big enough to fit my phone. You can use the size guide on decathlon website, quite accurate for me; don't have to get a smaller size for a tighter compression feel. But their website shows out of stock now for all the sizes, you may have to wait a bit. Quote

It’s ok quality, I have to get one size smaller for that compression feel otherwise it’ll keep “moving” and quite obviously. 😂😂 Quote

If possible, try them out before buying to check out their fit, length, etc. The decompression should feel right/sufficient to enjoy using it during the workouts. After using a few different brands', the most expensive one isn't almost the best for me. Last year, I bought two pieces at $20 each from Ascis. They are by far the most comfortable ones which I wear the most. Quote

Bought a few from Shopee, prefer the 5” length, tight inner layer, but doesn’t last long probably it’s cheap ($10-$15). Don’t mind paying more for a better quality as long as the inner layer is tight. Quote

Those from Shopee dont last long and the quality so so or bad. You can try brands like adidas, Nike and UA... u can go their outlets instead... you can get good deals. I've got another one from UA which I like the material. If you wear it often, it will be a good investment in the long term. Quote
