You have to be shorts and we will dim the lights. 3) Any clean up area? There will be clean up area but we only hv a short turnaround time about 15min for clean-up. So, it's best to bring a big towel if you hv it. Otherwise, we will provide without extra charges. 4) What’s the difference with core and tone? Core workout is more weighted training while tone workout it's more cardio to burn the fats. 5) Do we need to wear footwear? Nope. Not required.
