juicyass Posted April 22 Posted April 22 I've seen, in multiple occasion, that guys who are not in great shape somehow they have great plump ass. While, those who are in shape but their ass are somewhat near a miss compared to the former, at least it is toned and firm but less round and juicy. Both are great asses. One is born with it; One is attributed by working hard in the gym. Which one do you appreciate more? And which one are you ? johntron 1 Quote
And then Posted April 22 Posted April 22 (edited) i do have a rather fat ass naturally but the shape is not perfect i don't think the shape is necessarily trainable i have seen plenty of guys with very good physiques, obviously train very hard. their glutes, while big and strong, are not always mouth watering Edited April 22 by And then juicyass 1 Quote
radiusulnar Posted April 22 Posted April 22 I admire firm striated glutes because those need discipline and hard work. The plump ones are just genetic lottery juicyass 1 Quote

fallmerees Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Love both types tbh. Each type has its own charm? I have neither lol. Those born with nice booties are lucky tbh. Yum. iKneadyou and ToughGuy 1 1 Quote
bluerunner Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Certainly the latter for my case. In fact, from my observation, majority of the guys have flat butt. curiousbutt and juicyass 2 Quote

Should be majority of asian guys have flat butt. This I agree. When I work out in the gym, almost no man loves working out lower body except me. I spend 3 days a week at those legs machines and working each muscles diligently. bluerunner 1 Quote

Guest SkinnyFat Posted April 30 Posted April 30 I guess I consider myself naturally skinny fat - I don't gym but I used to do middle-distance running during school & army days and had strong thighs and butt while my upper body strength was terrible. 😅 Running mates and army buddies would always joke about my big round butt and I always had to wear L/XL army/running shorts 🏃♂️🩳 coz my butt would usually find size L a really snug fit. 🤭 Quote
Torrent Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Working hard in the gym, I love training glutes. Looking good aside, it's great support and reduces back pain when your posterior is super strong. Quote

You can also do a glute bias barbell RDL or leg press. I do back extensions too, but that workout is primarily to work on your lower back (erector). Quote

Every leg session i would include it as the first workout prior to others. Once your glute is fired up, other leg workout would be much more easier to push. Quote

Sexyass Posted May 3 Posted May 3 I train my butt through both sprinting and calisthenics. For leg and butt day, i do a lot of lunges, Bulgarian single leg squats and do couple pistol squats per leg…the result is in the profile pic… Quote

I didn’t start out to master pistol squats… more by accident really the body weight i do is to support sprinting and other explosive sports. i do core work outs 3 times per week, it has a lot standard stuff like push ups, planks ( various variations ) in it. the leg day as part of Core is normally Side Planks with Abductor leg raises, Copenhagen Side Planks, Mountain Climber with Side twist. These 3 are the main ones. Outside the above, i run 2 times per week, after each run , I do 30 to 40 Hindu squats, and then Lunges 30 per leg. hope the above can be of help to you! Good luck and hope u see progress! Quote

tjan_troy Posted May 9 Posted May 9 I was tiny and skinny, having a hard time growing bigger until I forced myself own with more food and hit the gym. I also grew my ass to a size that many tops wished I’d be a bottom. You can see my transformation photos at mastertrainertroy on IG and that’s my public account. If you wanna have nice glutes, you need to have the strong muscles including your legs, and core. Learn from the sprinters as fast-twitch muscles grow in size better than slow. tjan_troy Posted Sunday at 01:58 PM Posted Sunday at 01:58 PM So it's a matter of genetics? Can slow twitch change to fast twitch? Partly genetics of course, but training and food are major contributors most most people. I have a skinny genes. Quote IG: tjantroy / mastertrainertroy / homspa.ca Website: tjantroy.com
