is the mobile site having any issues? when i try to login into BW via mobile (checked it via two mobiles, so its not HP issue), i get "404 not found page". neither do offline search works.

Although it works if i try to access the site via my laptop. Any idea if infrastructure or network issues again at play?

I did not face the same issues.

Which HP are you using ?

Suggest you

i. Clear HP browser cache.

ii. Restart your HP then test with mobile data and WIFI.

Then let us know.

I am having similar issues on my windows PC. Phone is working ok. Homepage is ok but as soon as I click on any page I get a 404 error.

I have cleared cache and tried different VPN locations and turning the VPN off.

1. I cannot replicate it.

2. Please also check you do NOT have any special plugins / extensions in your browser that may have intercepted and blocked Blowingwind.

3. All else fail, can produce a video of the above and send it to forum@blowingwind.org.

4. I assume you are using Windows 11 / Chrome.

Press Win + Alt + R which will turn on screen recording mode.

Do what you did to reproduce the error.

Stop the recording.

Check the captured video and that it does NOT contain anything sensitive.
The video should be at <Drive>:\users\<user name>\Videos\Capture  eg c:\users\Hendry\Videos\Capture

5. Alternative use your phone to film the windows screen and send the video to us at forum@blowingwind.org.

Cheers !

A. Thanks to user asecsin  who sent me a video capture leading to the 404, I think we have found the root cause of the problem.

B. In short it is some conflict of Samsung 30.0 Browser with BW site that caused the 404.

Solution
i. Upgrade the Samsung 30.0 browser to Samsung 31.0    Samsung 30.0.x.x will not work.

OR
ii. Temporary use Chrome of Firefox to access BW.

C.  We are doing changes on BW to work around the Samsung 30.0 issue, but it may be a few days as we have to do some experimentation.

Our Apologies

Thanks @HendryTan for looking into this. I sent an email last night with a video also, but I am not using Samsung Browser.

1. Thanks bxid. I just login to check your video.

2. I sent a few followup questions for clarification. As the question include asking for your IP address, please reply via email.

3. Let me also elaborate on my previous answer.
Samsung packages the Open Source Chromium / Chrome 143  as Samsung 30.0 browser.

Many other vendor ( eg Microsft Edge) also have similar arrangements to repackage Chrome and brand it as their  browsers.

The conflict above actually happens in Chrome 143, 144, 145. Hence any repackaging of these Chrome Versions will face very similar problems.

Samsung 30.0 just happens to be one of the most popular version of these re-packaged browser.

4. The latest Chromium / Chrome as at today is Chrome 155.x.x.x

5. Most of the vendors which repackaged Chrome would already have upgraded / rolled-up more up to date versions of their browsers.
The problem encountered will usually be resolved if these underlyings used Chrome 146 or later.

Hence I encourage everyone to upgrade your browsers to the latest version of your browser brand

5. I am trying to resolve the above conflict at BW side too.
Apologies but it may take a few days.
