The system generated RQ Codes' data are recorded and stored with the Singapore Government, but hard to say for Methods (2) and (3) using for the purpose of Covid-19 Contact Tracing (or others we may not know or they did not say). (1) Scanning of the Safe Entry QR Code using any available handphone, with options of inputting and keying in any valid NRIC number. Anyone can use anyone's handphone to scan in and keying in any valid NRIC. There are also Internet websites used to generate valid algorithms of Singapore NRIC numbers. Just Google it. (2) Manual Recording using a deliciated system. Tell the person keying in for you any valid NRIC you want. (3) Manual Recording using normal pen and paper. Write in yourself any valid NRIC you want. (4) Call any Singapore Police Force (SPF) Police Officers and they would be able to verify you on the spot using their handheld system. This method is strongly discouraged by the Singapore Government due to draining of resources of the SPF Officers. Please note that this is definitely not cheating in any ways. Only expose the vulnerabilities of the current Safe Entry logging systems. Anyone can google for anything on Google. All solutions and answers are there. Hope that helps.
