I would say $900 for sharing room and $1500 for a single room is unrealistic, of course there will still be desperate people who opt for it. $650 for share room and $750 for a single room is still achievable in today's market but need more time to find. For guys sharing is S$550 - S$700 $1500 - S$2000++ for a master or common room in a condo or landed property. (Solo rental) S$800 - S$1200 is the rate for most common room in HDB rates now.
