I am seeking tenants for my 2 common rooms at Potong Pasir, NE 10 which is 4 stations from Dhoby Ghaut. The unit is on the 17th floor and although I have installed air-conditioning units in all rooms, they are hardly used as the winds are quite strong. Standard provisions of sliding door wardrobe, 1 queen size bed, of course, usage of wi-fi, washing machine, and induction cooker are included in the rent of SGD 700. The other room has a single bed, sliding wardrobe included in the rent of $600. It can be replaced by a double-decker for 2 at $400 each. Utilities should be split equally amongst tenants. The environ - the usual suspects of coffee shops, McDonalds and KFC, bakery, supermarkets and convenience stores, post office and gym in the community club are all within 2 minutes walk radius. For outdoor exercise, the park connector runs all the way to Bishan. Other statutory requirements/preferences Minimum stay is 6 months and 1-month deposit is required. Rentals to be made within the first 3 days of the month. Friends are allowed into the flat (before 10 pm) but stay away from the bedroom as far as possible. ** No agents and ready for viewing, pronto. Ready of occupancy: 15 July onwards.
