i am 173cm. I dropped from 74kg to 64kg in 5 mths.....my body fat also dropped from 21% to 16%. How do I drop my body fat lower? Is it to avoid as much food w fat content as possible?

my tummy has a layer of skin easily pinch and stretch....

Hi all,

I'm 18 m chi 174 85kg - not fat in terms of body fats but more on the cheeks area.

I work from 9am till 7pm plus daily in office and gonna be enlisted for NS in Feb next year.

Just wondering how do I exercise/go on diet to lose weight to acceptable and "average size" figure by then?

Any tips? Esp w my work commitments and stuff :(

Change what you eat and drink. I reduced to taking non-sweetened drinks and I didn't get puffy cheeks anymore.

If you are gymming, try to find a gym close enough.

Otherwise, you could just go swimming.

We have so many swimming pools around.

In any case, to either keep in shape or lose weight, the best way is to change your diet.

What I do is no fast food no matter what, fried food are fats best friend, eat your meals regularly, do not skip meals especially breakfast, eat more fruits and vege. Ehh basically eat healthily.

Anyways try to jog 2km - 4km every few days, jogging helps to lose cheek fats haha (at least for me)

Take it from someone who has been where you are (MEEE), you need to make sure you WANT to do this... Discipline is important~

For me. i started with running first...

Start off with Mon Wed Fri Sun 20min run for about 5km. just a slow one to get your momentum.

the when you feel comfortable (don't take too long), i went to add weights routine, light ones, 10kg dumbells routine. about 5 exercises set by myself target whole body. not just arms or chest. you can add it to the days you don't run...

Then slowly go up from there...

In about a month or so, you should be ready to go higher...

Food and Drinks wise,

NO FAST FOOD! <- yea this is really hard the first few weeks, but after it's easy haha... I don't even eat those food much anymore lol... Haha Whenever i get the temptation I will remind myself of why i'm training so hard~

NO SOFT DRINKS! <- man this is hard too... I don't follow this ALWAYS. but i cut down a lot... Sports drinks are fine but not too much too... NOT more that 1bottle a day... none is best lol..

DRINK LOADS OF WATER! <- Really helps! i can't explain it but it helps me not feel so dizzy after training haha... just listen~ xD

Finally...

JERKING OFF!!!

This is quite important... DON'T EVER JERK OFF BEFORE TRAINING... After is cool i guess~ But of course we are guys.. haha we will do it after awhile. just not before training...

i dont even go gym. just run/swim and cycle almost every weekday. u just need to spend 30mins for jogging, 1hr for swimming each day. cycling comes in when u have trained ur leg power and stamina.

reduce carbo intake, count ur calories...im sure u will drop.

i am 173cm and was 74kg but now 61kg in 6mths. now i have a problem....my weight seems to drop slowly by itself and my body is shrinking a bit too lean.

well.. if you wanna lose weights overall, guess the experts here says it all.

control calories, do more cardio ie jogging, swimming, cycling.

and about busy schedule, i believe many of them here are having it worse.. it takes self discipline.

if you only worries about the cheeks?

dun worry, army have a way to make you look more manly.

you seen how the boys' faces sharpened during BTM??

if it refuses to go off after tekong, save more money, our current cosmetic surgery is very advance.

there's way to make the cheeks looks smaller.

I think watching the calories is very important. No point doing all the exercising when you are gorging on food after that. :-)

FULLY agreed with what azimuth said... All of you can see azimuth's pic here... action speaks louder than words... he had my ideal dream kinda body..

I Love staring at guys' bulges & ass cracks in their undies or nylon shorts or biz pants or jeans... Will start to fantasise I am caressing them with my hardon rite inside my undies... Do you ?

Persistence and determination is easier said than done. Sometimes u must find the motivation that keeps u going or the end goals u are achieving for. If u dun have, then u gonna just believe in yourself, love yourself more and prove yourself wrong.

Yup i totally agree with you! :) But even if we have not found the reason or the motivation at least stay positive, because to me being negative will bring me to no where and it affect people around me as well! So be positive! :)

Guest guy with love handles

I have fairly good abs in front, but just can't seem to be able to get rid of my love handles by the side. I want a flat and slim waist. Does anyone here have any advice? Please help!

Yup the word is Discipline. I also fail a lot of times, everyone dose! But keep believing you can and you will :) Really it works for me, it takes time, slowly and once I see the result it keeps me motivated so b4 we see the result just keep believing and do whatever we can! :) Cheers!!
