From 30mins to 5mins might seem like cumming too fast, but 5mins is within normal amount of time and not considered as premature ejaculation.

 

Premature ejaculation is not a known side effect of taking sildenafil. 

 

And wearing condom should help to make it less sensitive and last longer before having the urge to ejaculate.

This is my reality. 

 

I did notice that when i turned 50, the issue has become less of getting an erection, but more of sustaining the erection.
